Announcement post.

As many of you are aware I suffer from PTSD, social anxiety and agoraphobia. Some are also aware that I’ve had a rough time with dealing with these over the last year.
I started Salsburgh FM as a way to build structure into my day to day and because I’m a massive music fan. The station has gone from strength to strength because of the amazing show hosts, bands and of course the incredible listeners. I cannot thank each and every one of you enough. I have loved programming the schedule, coding the radio apps and website and communicating with you all via email and social media.
However it’s with a heavy heart I have to call it a day on running the station as my health has recently taken a more drastic turn and I need to reduce both my workload and my stress levels. I hope to revisit the station in the future if/when my health improves but for now I need to do what’s best for my own wellbeing.
Again I wish to thank everybody who made the station a huge success and helped me realise the dream of running a crazy wee rock station.
I will run programming through Sunday evening before taking the station offline on Monday.

Sorry for the last hour of random content instead of the scheduled programming. It was what we call in the radio game gremlins in the machine. We are pleased to say the regular scheduled show Metal Shop 101 with your host Doc Rock is on the air right now till 1am.
