How are we all today?
It’s been a stressful year for me and very testing at times! Hopefully a short holiday will help my anxiety and stress levels 🤔

Today is the day I will start my few weeks rest and recuperation. Today would have been my co founders 35th birthday! So happy heavenly birthday Lexi, you were loved more than you will ever know and still are!

I am going to start today with some self care.
