We have a lovely double room becoming available which is quite rare these days 😊 We would love the room to go either a married elderly couple, two elderly sisters or two elderly brothers that want to share a room, or a child and parent room maybe or someone with learning disabilities who’s struggling to live alone with the cost of living crisis.
Any personal care or supervision required would need to be done by a company coming into the home as we are not CQC registered so like washing, bathing, showering, toilet assistance, assistance with dental care etc, supervision, prompting, medication administration etc so prices would change if this was needed. We can offer a monthly trial after a meeting/several meetings or longer term tenancy to see if our little community group of living together is for you.
Please bare in mind we have one dog and two cats on the property so we are very pet friendly so if your allergic to animals or don’t like a dog barking etc it might not be the right place for you 😊

Since the wonderful Bob and his beloved dog Da**ie have now passed away we needed a plan where proceeds would go to from our wonderful cartoon book, cartoon bookmarks and other products for sale on our website www.orangetreeprivatecare.co.uk
Any money made from anything sold on our website including our £1 cartoon bookmarks will go to the following good causes and you can choose when you buy a gift where you want the money to go from this list :
1: The Cinnamon Trust, who help elderly walk and feed their pets.
2: The Alzheimers Society
3: The Woodside Animal Rescue in Leicestershire
4: To pay £900 to HMRC to set up a charity/foundation for elderly and their pets or children suffering trauma
5: To our local Adult services at Leicestershire county council
6: To our local childrens services at Leicestershire county council
Please state at the time of purchase where you want the proceeds to go to when you buy an item.
Please allow 3/4 weeks for handmade goods
Any very large book orders if your buying in bulk say for a school or something please order from Author House Publishing or Amazon, WH Smith’s or Barnes and Noble if your in the USA as the publisher is print on demand and can print and post any amount like 1,000 books as an example
