Thoroughly enjoyable drum tracking session today, live streamed to the producer and artist in the US. Music connecting continents. 🎼🇺🇸🇬🇧🇩🇪

The biggest bit of drama was the iPad suddenly crashing to the floor 😳 - gave everyone here and in the US a bit of a shock, but thankfully, no one (including the iPad) is any worse for wear!

Our beautiful (and beautifully sounding!) cobalt-blue Yamaha 9000 Recording Custom set all set up for tomorrow. A day of drum tracking with live streaming to the US. Exciting!

An important issue! Business rates are a big problem and, the way they are calculated, can be very unfair on a studio (compared to other business types) and can destroy the whole studio business.
