🚨 OUR 2026 MUSIC PLAN: READ THIS! 🚨
It’s been a tough time for local music with our Sittingbourne venue closing AND our friends at Riverside Rhythm Club due to finish ( with an awesome show next Friday 21st November). We’ve seen all your support and we want to be clear: We're not just continuing, we're EXPANDING!
👍 OUR CORE SHOWS ARE STAYING:
Don't worry! Our amazing events at Bromley Blues Club and The Old Brewery Store, Faversham are continuing, plus our planned gigs in Tenterden & Herne Bay!
🔥 WE'RE ADDING NEW VENUES:
To serve our Sittingbourne & Medway fans, we're bringing Grammy-winner Alvin Youngblood Hart to The Oast in Rainham (right by the station!) 🚂
PLUS, we're adding Sunday shows at The East Quay in Whitstable!
👉 HERE’S THE DEAL:
You want more shows in Rainham & Whitstable or even the existing locations ? We want to book them!
The only way we can secure more dates at these new spots is if we see early demand. If you plan on coming, PLEASE buy your tickets early.
If a show sells well from the start, we will get more dates locked in early. It’s that simple.

It is very sad news to see that The Appleyard are to cease trading after this weekend.
This has been our home for a number of years and we really appreciate the support given by Mike, Sarah and the whole team over the years and really do wish each and every one of them all of the best in their future.
We have one more show that is scheduled for 2025 in Sittingbourne which is Caitlin Krisko & The Broadcast.
We shall be contacting each person who has purchased a ticket over the coming days and offering a refund or alternative show to see this amazing band at Bromley Blues Club on 7th December.
We also hope that an alternative venue can be found for the 11th December for the band.
With all of this inconvenience caused to the band, opening artist and yourselves please be respectful of those who work at The Appleyard
We do hope to arrange some future Sittingbourne shows but for following us further in Kent please follow Rockin Roots Events

The Last Bourne Music Club Show & Our Exciting Future as Rockin' Roots Events

We have an important announcement: this December will see our last show in Sittingbourne as The Bourne Music Club, at least for the foreseeable future.

It's been an amazing ride since our first gig in 2015. We found our home as 'Bourne To The Blues' at the Ypres Tavern, before growing into The Bourne Music Club at The Appleyard. Our goal to keep live music alive for our community of artists and music lovers.

That same passion for music and community has driven us to expand, building friendships and bringing shows to new areas across Kent and London under our overarching brand, Rockin' Roots Events.

We want to be clear: we are more committed than ever to promoting outstanding live music.

Our passion, our work, and our mission will continue full steam ahead under the Rockin' Roots Events banner. This is the next chapter, and we are dedicated to making it our best one yet.
If you haven't already then please follow Rockin Roots Events. We are massively appreciative to see such big support for our shows in these locations that are creating a big buzz of interest, as we see more shows reaching near or full capacity!
Our next year of events is very much shaping up to be massive!

Phil was very much with us at the start of our journey and we are thrilled that he has agreed to perform for us once again in our hometown.
