A few people PMd me asking about how I manage and use my music library.
For me, I use Apple Music as my main library for sorting out my music collection.
Back in the day, I would have my vinyl in good old record crates where everything would be organised.
What I do with Apple Music is basically make Digital Music crates that I can drop into when DJing to pull out the best tracks for keeping the dance floor full.
The software I use for DJing pulls everything in I do in Apple Music to let me play it through my decks.
Here’s a little glimpse into just some of the crates I’ve put together over the years.
COVID, let me rebuild my library where I retagged every track I have. There’s a lot! It literally took me months to do…..but then what else was there to do during covid!
Tonight I’m downloading the latest hits, tagging them, scanning them through software to add in Key & BPM and then, sad I know but adding my logo to the track art! lol 😂
Work never stops when you want to keep on top of your game! 😊🪩🎧🥳🕺💃
