Something a little different to show you today!

Mood Boards!
Who loves a mood board?
I do, so much fun to get creative!
Back in July I was working on some mood boards for a travel tour on Adobe Express.
Each board is unique, looking at different colour, typography, imagery and styles throughout.

Photo 4 is more of a poster design rather than a mood board - I love the Tiffany branding and use of colour, so a bit of inspiration was taken from a sophisticated high end jewellers to produce this product.

Mood boards matter because design isn’t just about what looks good — it’s about what feels right!
Mood boards are one of the BEST ways to get to know your customer’s style, taste, and personality.

Here’s why:

⭐ They reveal preferences quickly – Colors, textures, and styles your customer gravitates toward tell you a lot about their vision.

⭐ They set a clear direction – A good mood board acts as a roadmap for the design process, keeping everyone aligned and inspired.

⭐ They spark conversation – Customers often discover what they love (or don’t love!) once they see everything together visually.

⭐ They save time & revisions – When everyone agrees on the vibe early, the design process flows smoothly.

This one is specifically for WhatsApp - if you don’t know anything about group chats, sharing of personal information and privacy settings for the app, have a little look, there’s also a QR code you can scan for further information. 👀

Back-to-School = Back-to-Business!

After 10 weeks of summer chaos (thanks to our big move back from overseas), my kids are finally settled into their new schools and I can finally get back into a routine too.

Today has been all about catching my breath.
Hitting the gym, walking the dog (in the pouring rain 🌧️), and jumping back online to focus on what’s next.
