💜🌊💜First sea swim of the year done wearing a swimmimg costume rather than a wetsuit & an impromptu promo video recorded! 💜🌊💜The weather was glorious on Friday afternoon & the tide was high so Gareth & I took advantage and went swimmimg with some of our sea swimming friends. All ladies it has to be said. A wonderful time was had by all. Life is for living & embracing opportunities. It’s about exploration & expansion, curiosity and growing and evolving in the process. When working with clients I encourage them to shift the perspectives constantly & to reframe language internally & externally. Small shifts make the biggest difference. Acceptance of the self & others is also paramount to personal & professional growth. With a wealth of business & life experiences I love helping to facilitate changes whether that’s career wise or lifestyle or both. Why me? I’ve navigated a whole host of stuff myself from divorce, singledom, dating, narcissistic relationships, business formation & growth through to voluntary liquidation. I’ve spent 36 years in recruitment, run a 6-figure business, qualified as a coach and constantly invested in my own personal development across the board. So what? Well, that experience & wisdom & a non judgemental approach enables me to hold space for you to navigate whatever comes up during our sessions together & even includes in the moment guided visualisations & journey work & healing, working with sub modalities & NLP tools & techniques. Oh and I also inject huge amounts of energy too. I ought to state for transparency though that I only work with execs, leaders, entrepreneurs, teachers & guides who are action ready, prepared to invest & put in the work to generate the results they desire.
