MAGALASI APPEARS IN COURT OVER ALLEGED PHONE HACKING

Democratic Progressive Party (DPP) strategist and former MERA CEO Collins Magalasi has arrived at the Lilongwe Magistrate’s Court in Area 3.

Chief Resident Magistrate Austin Banda is expected to rule on Magalasi’s bail application.

Magalasi is accused of aiding another person to hack phone numbers belonging to President Peter Mutharika and other senior government officials.
