‼️ Account Update ‼️
Due to my ongoing persecution of being a parent of a autistic child in mainstream school , Uk. ‼️‼️‼️
I have now attended Court again at the Wirral Magistrates on the 14th November 2024 , as my autistic child only achieved 62% attendance during the period of Jan - May 2024 . Due to her being diagnosed with autism in the April 2024 , and this diagnosis devastated my daughter’s self esteem and confidence which is reflected by her 62% attendance in that period.
I have now received a 12 month conditional discharge and the magistrate said that they are not punishing me today ? ? ?
I have been warned Not to take part in any criminal activity within the next 12 months & that includes my autistic daughter school attendance being within the law.
And if I don’t meet the responsibility of being a parent and getting my daughter into their school schedule. Then I will have to go back to court and will face the punishment of up to 1 month in prison.
I have to now pay the prosecution £142 & £26 victim surcharge ? ? ?
Sefton council are representing my daughters high school in court.
The prosecutor LIED in court and said that I kept my autistic daughter off school deliberately? And that I didn’t attend any meetings about my daughter.
However when questioned, she actually had no evidence to back up those allegations.
My solicitor corrected her and told the court that I had actually attended 13 meetings in that year.
I was so insulted by what the prosecutor accused me of.
I told his worship , that I was not happy with what the prosecutor said about me & that I’d like to claim for the trauma that this has created for me and my daughter over the last 5 months.
He didn’t respond , as they had already made their decision.
Unbelievable ???
🔴 Today I’ve looked at the law and it’s states this :
Perjury is a serious crime that undermines the legal system's foundation of trust and credibility. It challenges the authority of courts, governing bodies, and public officials.
Perjury has a maximum sentence of seven years' imprisonment and is trial only on indictment. Witness intimidation etc. has a maximum sentence of five years' imprisonment and is triable either way. Wasting police time has a maximum sentence of six months' imprisonment and is triable only in summary proceedings.18 Sept 2024
Perjury is the act of knowingly making a false statement while under oath or bound by an official declaration to tell the truth. It can also refer to signing a legal document that is known to be false or contains false statements.
It us understandable that criminals lie, but for public bodies who are "civil servants" in place to serve the public, they should be transparent and trustworthy. Very disappointing.
