Building fanbases that turn your music into a full-time career 🌍👇🏻🎵 We help independent artists go full-time — without giving up their music rights.
At LMSUK, our mission is simple: build fan bases using social media, branding, and real community. We take artists from zero buzz to packed shows, merch sales, managers, booking agents, and labels. Too many talented musicians don’t make it because they can’t market themselves — we get their music heard by finding real fans online. If your music says future headliner but your socials say open mic,
it’s time to fix that. In a world of endless scrolling, your online presence must match your talent. We’ve created content with Gerry Cinnamon, Tom Grennan & Two Door Cinema Club — and helped 100s of artists go pro. Ready to grow? Book a call here: https://calendly.com/lmsukonboard/free-consultation

Navigating music rights can be tricky! When artists add their own melodies, lyrics, and arrangements to licensed tracks, clear agreements are essential. Securing publishing control ensures fair deals & protects your creative input. "It's half the artist royalty."

Trademarks: A critical, but expensive, piece of the puzzle for artists and bands. Imagine building a reputation around a name, only to lose it—and half the fanbase. But, as it was said, "marketing is the story," and that could be the story of the moment.

Before signing, check where you might be sued. Jurisdiction clauses let them sue you on their turf — potentially costing you travel, living expenses, and more than just lawyers! "It does sneak up."

To dodge the drama, nail down the collab details early! It's about biz, not awkwardness. Think of it like this: "You gotta do the job," whether it's using apps or napkins. Avoid messy disputes later on.

Musicians often hate talking about money, but ignoring the business side can turn a career into a hobby. Royalties must be collected, rights registered… otherwise, it's just a passionate pastime. Is it a career, or just a hobby?

Contracts written in legal jargon and stretching beyond five pages? That's a red flag. It might signal hidden terms or an attempt to create dependency. Treat your career with respect, and it'll respect you back. Never hesitate to ask for help.

AI's rapid growth raises concerns. Will governments weaken copyright to boost their AI industries? It could mean creators get left behind. "It's not okay."
Have you thought about this?

LMSUKmedia was founded in February 2016 to tackle a common problem in the music industry. A lack of professional help to local artists. With this in mind, we have invested in the top equipment and systems available in order to provide an opportunity for smaller artists to have the same opportunities as the top UK musicians.
2017 built the foundation for the business, hosting and promoting local shows and musicians. Spreading the word about gigs, singers, songwriters, DJs and everything in-between helped get our name out there.
2018 saw the launch of the Outhouse series of events, featuring Portsmouth's hottest DJ talent at venues all over the waterfront city. In November, Outhouse wrapped up with our biggest event yet, where we took over Tiger Tiger Portsmouth with Apple Music's Charlie Sloth as his “BBC Radio 1 leaving party”.
2019 brought a new challenge for LMSUKmedia, as organised live events across the country as well as began our new relationship as an official promoter at Portsmouth Guildhall. We started to put on our shows in the brand new studio space with its flexible layout and top of the range equipment we have found a platform to allow local artists to perform on a professional stage.
Between festivals and concerts, we've have had the pleasure of interviewing Blossoms, Freya Ridings, The Kooks, The Amazons, and Craig David – to name a few! The team has a real passion to give talented artists the kick-start they need in their music careers through promotion and commitment. Using our experience of the last four years we launched our Social media management where we go above and beyond for our clients advising them on their communications strategy and ex*****on of their social media strategy which is split into: Increased following / More ticket Sales / Gain maximum engagement to get more bookings. This has been a big success with our cliental building up with national record labels / Large artists and producers across the UK.
2020 has now lead us to work with major entities in the Industry however we will always keep the core values of our business the same working with the local music scene. By combining our strong worth ethic with the network we have as a business allows us to allow talented musicians of all sizes to improve in the music industry. Working with artists such as Don Broco, Two door cinema club and Circa waves has been a pleasure seeing them grow from strength to strength.
