Say hello to our former FT Talent Challengers, Ines and Sofia, who have joined our FT Talent team since February. Since then, they have grown and learned a lot in the short span of three months with us. Through the podcast, working behind the scenes, they have had the opportunity to meet and talk with inspiring individuals such as Dan McCrum, Claer Barrett, or Michael Skapinker, and are excited to continue on their journey with us.

"Working in the FT Talent team has been a truly amazing experience. Not only am I able to witness firsthand the inner workings of a leading global media company, but I also have the opportunity to be part of an amazing team of talented individuals. In such a short time, I have learned and grown more than I would have anticipated within a dynamic and innovative environment. I have been given the opportunity to come up with new and exciting ideas that I have been able to test and implement. It has already been three months and I am still excited to come into the office every day, enjoying the atmosphere and the connections created throughout the company and the community with all of you." - Sofia

"It is crazy how much you can learn in only three months! Working for FT Talent has been an amazing experience so far. Everything, from the creative buzz at the office to the welcoming and open spirit of the team has made working at the Financial Times such a beautiful part of my time in London these past months. I am so grateful to work closely with inspiring people including Virginia, Hayah, Letizia, and Sofia, who have made this journey a truly memorable one so far. I still feel the same excitement I did when first walking into the FT offices, and I am sure I will continue learning from such an energising environment in the future!" - Ines
