An audio montage evoking the sound experiences of Kersten Glandien's night excursions into the Australian Outback in October 2024, accompanying the zoomusicologist Hollis Taylor on her night recording sessions with the pied butcherbird. In six chapters we are inducted into an alien nocturnal world, populated by creatures, humans and their mysterious activities.

Originally broadcast live from Tallinn, Estonia, by on 7th June 2025, this project was an exercise in observing, describing and speaking on live radio. Members of ICRN, alone but linked to a central point by their smartphones and linked to you by this broadcast, describe everything around them down to the smallest and most unexceptional details as if they are trying to exhaust the possibilities of the scenes in front of them.
