Thriving to dieing. Hyrox Glasgow was fun. Im not a runner and I felt it. But it brought out areas I need to work on and showed me that I can dig deeper than I thought. It was a load of fun and I am so glad I got to do it along side two amazing people and
Thank you to all my coaches at , I had you all in my head telling me to "Keep moving!!" And for preparing me for everything thrown at me during the fun.
Crossfit is by far my preferred, but this was fun and now I can say i did it.
Glasgow was beautiful and a wicked visit. Short but sweet.
Alsooo.... Thank you for keeping me comfortable the whole way.
