OPENING SOON

‘The Mourning After’ invites us to explore grief in all its forms—from personal to cultural, individual to social. While everyone experiences grief differently, our capacity to come together can move us into more hopeful, collective actions.

This exhibition explores the act of mourning as a social practice, and offers space for reflection, connection and conversation through a series of creative and future-focused workshops.

Featuring works by Lauren Berkowitz, Centre for Reworlding, Maree Clarke, Megan Cope, Vicki Couzens, Annie Frost Nicholson, Heather Hesterman, Shahee Ilyas, Machine Listening, Paula Mahoney, The Death Letter Project and Lara Thoms (APHIDS).

To mark the opening of ‘The Mourning After’, join us at Design Hub Gallery on 24 July, from 5:30 – 7:30PM.

Curated by Larissa Hjorth.

Workshops curated by Tamara Borovica, Larissa Hjorth and Kate Ge**er.
