Last week it was great to be able to pop in to Fifi’s Cakery in St Ives.

Fifi’s background is in wedding cakes but turned her classic recipe to cupcakes during Covid. The Cakery started up on the Broadway last year.

She also holds cake-making classes at the shop in St Ives so if you’re looking to up your cake-making game why not book yourself in?

I’ll be looking to work my way through all the flavours but can recommend the Red Velvet as a great starting point!
