Face #14 of 100 - Lee Farina of Badger’s Chilli Kitchen

In this part of the conversation, Lee reflects on what the town represents for him, community, opportunity, and the place where both his business and family life continue to grow.

He also shares his hope that one day, as the business expands, St Neots will become the home of his future factory too.

Face #13 of 100 - Sam Squire of Inspire 2 Ignite

What’s something you wish more young people understood?

In this part of the conversation, Sam shares an honest reminder that no one really has it all figured out.

Behind confidence, careers, and success are people still learning, growing, and navigating life as they go.

Sometimes, the pressure to “have it all together” is the very thing that holds people back.

Face #12 of 100 - Rob Harris, Guitarist of Jamiroquai

What’s the biggest misconception about success in music?

In this part of the conversation, Rob shares a grounded perspective on what people often don’t see behind the industry, the years of persistence, uncertainty, hard work, and simply showing up consistently.

For the truest musician, it is solely and truly for the love of music.

Face #11 of 100 - Melina of The Refill Shop St Neots

Bet you didn’t know this 👀

The Refill Shop is also a collection point for Terracycle that's developed many innovative ways to recycle the hard-to-recycle materials like medicine blister packs.

These materials are then processed into plastic pellets, which can then be turned into things like park benches and other useful everyday items.

A small action that can become part of something bigger.
