Daniel-John Williams Joins YOUTS Champion for Change
We are thrilled to welcome — a passionate advocate, accomplished actor, and founder of DJW Talent to the YOUTS family
Recently seen playing Fungi, an exciting new character in the live-action adaptation of How To Train Your Dragon, Daniel-John brings over 30 years of experience in film, television, and theatre.
Beyond the screen, he’s a local lad with a big heart and a deep commitment to giving everyone a voice
Like the team at YOUTS, Daniel-John cares deeply about those who struggle to be seen or heard. His work is centred on building courage and confidence, not just in rising talent, but also in those facing real-life challenges like bullying, low self-esteem, or isolation. He’s coached actors from major UK shows including Hollyoaks, Coronation Street, and even Strictly Come Dancing star Sara Davies.
In the words of the man himself “There is no room for bullies at any age, but when children don’t have the vital tools to stand up to those bullies, someone needs to step in,”
Through his work at DJW Talent, he empowers emerging actors every week—and now he’s extending that passion to our mission at YOUTS.
