So, Gillian Dodd had just completed a free bill review for me. She's managed to get me into a fixed tariff for my gas and electricity paying the same as what I'm paying on the variable rate, (which is going up 10% tomorrow), I've switched the broadband and mobile sim card, which has saved me a massive £1,104 over the year. I've also got a cashback card which will give me further savings off my bill.

Whilst sorting mine, she's even been answering several texts/ messages from other people!

If you haven't yet fixed your energy, contact get asap and she'll hopefully get you sorted out before the prices rise tomorrow 😀

It is a pleasure to be involved with the Standish Christmas tree ! The new railings really set it off and we are happy to supply the composted wood chips which are the finishing touch.The mulch will help to stabilize soil conditions,improve fertility by being a source of humus and fungal mycorrhizae . Probably the best way to look at it is we are helping to re-create the forest soil conditions which many woody plants need.
So pleased the tree survived last years dry summer which must have been a challenge to it .....the efforts of the volunteers who watered it must be commended. Thanks to everyone concerned !
