Congratulations to Lucy on her promotion at Ziegler UK! 🎉

Lucy joined us in 2021, relocating from the South West to Wales and bringing with her a strong background in French customer service, where she managed client orders and distribution across France and the Benelux region.

With little experience in freight forwarding at the time, Lucy quickly embraced the challenge – starting with smaller accounts and steadily progressing to manage more complex operations. She now specialises in out of gauge freight (think wide loads and oversized units) and handles long-term delivery projects with confidence and precision.

Her adaptability, client focus, and ability to take on complex logistics have made her a key asset to the team. We’re so proud to see her growth recognised with this well-earned promotion.

Anna joined Ziegler UK on 23rd April 2019, bringing her strong background in accounting and admin to the Newport branch. Initially focused on invoicing and admin support, she quickly transitioned into operations and began managing key accounts – proving herself to be a vital member of the team.

From working in an office of just six people to now being part of a 24-strong team, Anna has grown alongside Ziegler, embracing new challenges and continuously going above and beyond.

Her attention to detail, operational expertise, and dedication over the last six years have led her to this exciting new chapter – and we couldn't be prouder to celebrate her journey.
