Last month ‘Parts Per Million’ was released, the first of Vivid Affect’s new original films. It’s been really exciting having the film out in the world!

‘Parts Per Million’ is a short aerial dance film which explores climate anxiety, the climate crisis, and atmospheric pollution. High amongst the clouds, Grace Turner’s sky dwelling aerialist is swept up in alarming and unpredictable atmospheric events, within which she tries to both desperately hold on and find a way through.

It’s only two days until ‘Parts Per Million’ is released!

High amongst the clouds, Grace Turner’s aerialist is swept up in alarming and unpredictable atmospheric events, within which she tries to both desperately hold on and find a way through.

‘Parts Per Million’, the first of Vivid Affect’s new original films, will be released on 17.07.25!

Vivid Affect has worked with aerialist, dancer and performance artist Grace Turner to create a short aerial dance film exploring climate anxiety, the climate crisis, and atmospheric pollution.

To be sharing this film with you all soon is super exciting! More details about ‘Parts Per Million’ will be shared next week in the lead up to its release.

Original films from Vivid Affect Productions are coming!

Starting this month, Vivid Affect will begin releasing original short films online. These films will engage with the climate crisis and environmental issues through a range of perspectives, concerns, and approaches. The aim is to create compelling and thoughtful work which will (hopefully!) have a vivid effect on those who see it and the world around them.

Over the next week a new logo and website for Vivid Affect will be revealed, and on Tuesday the 8th of July the title and release date for the first of these films will be announced.
