Hi, I have just launched a new App called Rosetta Calls and Messages and it is now available on the App and Play stores (please see my very professional 😂 video demo below and tell me what you think 🤔).
Rosetta Messenger provides a unique and simple solution for mobile communications for the deaf, hard of hearing or speech impaired community and also for non-native speakers/refugees etc, by providing an integrated language translation solution during the video call and when using the text messenger.
The idea came to me when my beautiful wife Helen was sadly unable to speak in the last two years of her cancer - Helen would have to write her messages on a white board and ask me to read it out over WhatsApp or Messenger to family and friends.
This is version 1 of my application Rosetta Messenger and in the future I hope to include the following: 1. Group Video Calls and Messages 2. Voice to Text /Text to Voice recognition. 3. Use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) for recognition, interpretation and translation of all 300 plus sign & written languages into text (which can then be translated into any other written or sign language).

If you choose hope, anything is possible 🤞So with that in mind and in support of my beautiful brave wife Helen Davies and her courageous battle against this awful disease, Megan and I have registered for the Rob Roy Mighty Hike (a 26 mile fundraiser walk from Callander to Killin through the wild and beautiful Trossachs National Park).
Macmillan Cancer Support is one of the largest British charities and provides specialist health care, information and financial support to people affected by cancer like Helen. It also looks at the social, emotional and practical impact cancer can have, and campaigns for better cancer care. If you are bored this afternoon watch this live game drive in Kruger National Park....Interesting and informative, and questions pop up and are answered by the game rangers. They've discovered a hyena who has 3 or 4 day old pups which they check on each drive. Cheers G
