As it's mental health week, make sure you look after yourself.

As its mental health week, we want to tell you people like the idiot below. Dont listen to them, as some people are having a hard time and something like this may tip them over the edge. As one of the lads at CPS was having a tough time last year, the support availabe was crucial, this message to us was from 2023, however we are aware they are even watching us now and we can see you too.

On that note please use any resources posted in comments, when needed. It may just save you from doing something stupid.
