One month of Jo 🎉

Our growth consultant Jo has celebrated her first full month at Freedom Media Group 💜

She’s an incredible addition to the team and has really hit the ground running, fully immersing herself into the extensive training, showing a real passion for Television and has already completed the TV Masters course!

We’re excited to see what the future holds for her, and for the growing team around her.

Wellness Wednesday 💙

And this time it’s the Reflexology Edition 🦶

At Freedom, we believe that great ideas don’t just come from busy minds, they come from balanced ones.

So for last weeks Wellness Wednesday, we brought calm to the office with a visit from trained reflexologist, Victoria, who gave each of the team an hour of pure relaxation.

For anyone who hasn’t tried it, reflexology isn’t just a fancy foot rub (but it definitely feels like one!) It’s a holistic treatment that can:

🧠 Reduce stress and anxiety
💤 Improve sleep quality
⚡ Boost energy and circulation
💭 Help clear the mind and reset focus

We’re an agency who lives and breathes ‘always on’ in terms of being on top of our game, but we know it’s important to make sure our people can switch off, even if just for an hour, to reconnect with themselves. We commit to invest in wellbeing, which drives better work, better creativity, and stronger collaboration.

..and we are absolutely thrilled to welcome Jo as our new Growth Consultant 📈

Jo brings a wealth of experience from her time at the Guardian Media Group and CCUK, and will be responsible for working with FMG clients on marketing solutions across all platforms, to give them a truly unique approach that is tailored to their goals.

When she’s not working, she’s a proud mum of two who you’ll find enjoying keeping fit with Body Pump classes and running up and down the hills of Poynton. She also loves a night out with the girls, putting the world to rights and having a good old dance.

We can’t wait to see those dance moves 💃

The national TV campaign for launches today, and we’re excited to unveil a stunning series of new ads 🚀

Showcasing six schools within the LMA family, the creative captures the energy, vibrancy, and excellence of one of the UK’s fastest-growing educational institutions, reaching an audience of millions nationwide.

For a brand like LMA, a powerful media presence is essential. TV remains unrivalled: trusted, credible, and one of the safest environments for building brand leadership.

With advanced tracking implemented with our partners , , and , we’ll be measuring everything from brand uplift and web visits to individual ad performance across the six creative executions. Last week was a big week at Freedom Media Group...

Gabi, our fantastic account director, celebrated one whole year as part of the FMG team 💜

She has been a wonderful addition to the team and wasn’t shy to throw some serious shapes on our staff trip to Marbella earlier this year.

Gabi said “When I first joined Freedom, I had just come away from 16 months of maternity leave after having my beautiful daughter, not the easiest thing to return from. But with the support of the team and Dan’s guidance, it didn’t take me long to find my rhythm again.

In terms of my highlights, I’d have to say visiting the incredible YouFest with the outstanding team at LMA, our yearly team trip to Marbella in June (life-changing in more ways than one!), and of course working with our incredible clients over the past 12 months.

I honestly can’t believe it’s already been a year, though at the same time it feels like I’ve been part of Freedom forever - in the best possible way! I love it!”
