Some conversations stay with you long after you’ve hit stop on the recording ❤️🩹
My next episode of The Marple Journal Podcast is one of those...
I recently sat down with , a local fitness and mindset coach, to talk about her journey through fitness, confidence, grief, and purpose.
We spoke openly about losing her mum to cancer at a young age, what grief really looks like behind closed doors, and how that experience has shaped the person she is today 🫂
It’s a conversation about resilience, but also about the reality of loss. The emotions people don’t always talk about. The pressure to be strong, the ways we find meaning and keep moving forward when life changes forever, and so much more.
Paige also shares how fitness became more than just exercise, the work she now does helping others, and the run club she created in memory of her mum.
I can’t wait for you to hear this one!! 💕
