The Regay Azadi Organisation and the 17 Shubat Organisation are honoured to invite you to a seminar featuring Mr Abdulla Mala Nuri, held under the title:
“Courts and Judges under Political Authority and Politician Influence in Iraq and the Kurdistan Region.”

The seminar will comprise three principal panels:
1. Opening Panel: A scholarly introduction and analysis of the seminar’s central theme.
2. Second Panel: An open and critical discussion of the book The Dilemma of Survival.
3. Third Panel: A question-and-answer session engaging directly with participants.
Attendance is open to all.
The purpose of this event is to provide a thoughtful and rigorous forum for examining one of the most pressing issues facing our society today: the role of the judiciary within contexts shaped by political dominance and party influence. Through collective dialogue, we aim to reflect on pathways toward strengthening judicial independence and improving the broader landscape of justice in both the Kurdistan Region and Iraq.
