As some of you may have seen on my personal Instagram stories… I’m returning to Personal Training! 🙌🏻

This is something I’ve always wanted to do and what I was actually doing before nails. A lot has changed over the last year, especially with my health, and it’s made me realise how important it is for me to get back to doing what I’ve always been passionate about; looking after my own health while helping others do the same. 🩵

Before anyone panics… I’m not stopping nails! (At least not for now! 😂) I love what I’ve built over the last few years and, more importantly, I value every single one of you. I could never just walk away from something that has given me so much. 🩵

However, to make both businesses work and to look after my health, I do need to make some changes. I’ll let all my clients know what they are 🥰

Thank you for supporting me through every chapter, every crazy idea and every change over the years. I will never take that support for granted.

And finally… if you’ve ever thought about starting your own fitness journey, needing a little accountability, or just want some support reaching your goals, I’ll be based at Gym22 and would absolutely love to welcome you as one of my PT clients. 💪🏻🩵

I had complete creative freedom with this set—and I live for mixing styles and going a little off-beat. This one was an absolute blast to create and took a solid 3 hours to bring to life! 🌊

I absolutely loved creating this set 🩵

I’ll be honest, it’s been really hard for me to fully enjoy doing nails lately after finding out about additional pr*****ed discs in my neck, and the daily pain I’m facing. It’s something I’m still trying to come to terms with, and some days are tougher than others.

I just want to say how incredibly grateful I am for every single one of my clients. Your support means more than I can put into words, especially those of you who have been so kind and understanding, knowing that I may not be able to continue this business long term.

There’s no set timeline or final decision right now, but I believe in being open from the start. It truly breaks my heart, because those of you who come to me know how much love, time, and resilience I’ve poured into this little business over the past three years.
