This morning I had the absolute pleasure of giving the lovely Lisa her target award after losing just over 2 stone.
Lisa is the most positive person when it comes to weight loss….not just when it comes to her own journey but sharing those positive vibes with all members of the group.

It’s was amazing to pass her this award today, especially knowing she will stay slim4life with all the habit changes she has made…
