A high-octane, mythology-drenched Viking Metal experience forged on the Northern shores, LN deliver pure power for those who crave sound with soul. Fans of Amon Amarth, Ghost, and Heilung — this one’s for you.

We first saw her at Breaking Bands Festival and, true to the festival’s purpose, we came home with a brand-new favourite band. It was my daughter Marina’s first real taste of live metal — and one of her very first interviews. The moment the catchy vocals of Hangman’s Son pulled us toward the stage, we were hooked. LN’s impressive vocal range evokes shades of Arch Enemy, paired with riffs so infectious you feel them long after the set ends. Maybe that’s why we were instantly drawn in… and why we’re now lifelong fans.

Struck/Down are a five-piece groove metal band hailing from the heart of Kent. Some of you may have noticed I've been absent for a while now....Well...I have a new recruit in the Twisted Torn And Moist camp in the form of my daughter Marina and Breaking Bands Festival was her first festival at 3 months old (well 2 months technically as she was a preemie) but how cool and I can't wait to show her the photos and share the memories made when she's older!!! She is all kitted out in her Alpine Muffy Ear Defenders and Regicide were the first band that I interviewed with her strapped to me in my wonderful BabyBjörn Harness! We had a wonderful time seeing friends old and new and of course introducing Marina to her Rock Family!

Regicide are a Thrash/Groove Metal Band hailing from Essex and I absolutely loved chatting to them, they certainly entertained me and were great fun to chat to! Go and give their socials a "like" and/or "follow" and catch them before they are HUGE!

I'm sure you'll all agree when I say that it's extremely important to encourage the younger generation and to get them involved as much as possible in the music scene...Well, this kid is one of the coolest on the scene, most of you probably recognise him from busting his moves on the dance floor with his air guitar or on the barrier at gigs rocking out with his inflatable guitar, busting moves with his sister Kara whilst his wonderful parents proudly watch on. Rumour has it, he's also learning the Drums, so all you drummers out there better watch out!!!

Abel Reed, my trusty assistant and whenever he asks if he can interview a band for me, I jump at the opportunity because he's absolutely awesome AND most importantly it gives him the experience, there's no doubt about the fact that he is too cool for school!!

Here he is, interviewing one of his favourite bands Trucker Diablo!!! What better way to celebrate RockWich Festival 's 10 year anniversary than by this wholesome interview.
