That's it for 2025, thanks for all the support, thanks to 1186, Split System, Punter, The Hell, Les Lullies, Body Maintenance, The Unknowns, Dark Thoughts, Liquids, Fantasma and Wiccans for trusting me to help release their records.
It's bandcamp Friday so we've made a Free/ Pay What You Want sampler, we have the repress of the new Unknowns LP (red vinyl), We've also put up 10 copies of the Punter LP on Blue Vinyl, these were a Green Noise exclusive for the US, get em before you can't.

One week on Saturday, the 22nd November 2025, my good friend Matt and myself will put on a matinee gig. It will be upstairs at the best bar in Hanley (the punk rock capital of Stoke on Trent), the bar is called Bottlecraft. Doors will be 1pm. It will be Pay What You Want, but we recommend you pay at least a fiver, more if you can (touring bands), but no one will be turned away for lack of funds. There will be 3 killer bands

Out today, Wiccans are back with their first new record in 8 years.
"Wiccans are creating the space. Breaking rules and allowing a bit of breadth to what is often a claustrophobic style of music. This might sound scary as everyone knows that the more Hardcore evolves the worse it is - at least on record. The formula that Wiccans are playing with on Phase IV should scare you. It’s totally potent with odd songwriting, intensely creative and varied guitar work and completely pi**ed vocals. Phase IV does whatever the f**k it wants and passes the bar that only Wiccans could have set for themselves. All of this is propelled by a far stronger production quality than previous efforts and instead of having that expose some fault line it’s secured it as a modern classic."

Hailing from Brazil via New York, it's a swirling, beautiful collection of songs make up the Fantasma debut LP (a demo cassette was released a few years ago), steeped in DIY punk. At times reminiscent of A Culture of Killing, Straw Man Army and Diat, one of the most refreshing and original records you will hear this year.

Some killer comps, The Drags LP on Total Punk. Honestly, so much more, just look in the new section in the web store. Buy records, make me punk again.

Friday update. Buy some records

1. new LPs have landed, this is out Friday 1st August. Easily their best record (for me at least), killer hooks, just in time for the heatwave of heatwaves. I only have about 10 copies of the Half White/ Half Black left, there will be zero under my bed etc.
2. We have repressed the incredible Punter LP, reverse board this time on Black Sabbath vinyl. Totally essential.
3. Which brings me on to....the Punter euro tour starts tomorrow, one of the best live bands to do it. If you miss it are you really living?
4. Flyer for the London gig at north London's finest New River Studios. NEXT FRIDAY NIGHT.
5. Finally. The Punter juggernaut hits up the best spot in the UK next Saturday, with a TOTAL PUNK lineup.
