This is quite a well-timed blog I have planned, as in the last couple of weeks I have contacted Google Support for my clients and trainees and got a positive response and problems fixed.

So if you feel that you aren't getting the results you need for your Google Business Profile maybe its worth a read and see if you can help yourself by speaking to the Community or Google themselves.
