Cracking turnout for the Stonehaven book launch of Opent Petals by Doric maestro Alistair Lawrie, with top support readings from the Laurie-ettes - the brilliant Olive Ritch, whose new book Weather Blinks is due out from Drunk Muse Press in coming weeks, and an impressive line-up on the open mic. Thanks to all who attended at Stonehaven library, bought books, and helped to confirm Stoney’s status as a hotspot for the best in Scottish culture.

And good to hear lots of Scots, Doric and Orcadian along with the English language poems. Alistair's new collection Opent Petals (80 pages) is now available from drunkmusepress.com for £10.
