Do you want to feel healthier and lose weight?
Are you at risk of developing type 2 diabetes?
Would you like help to make changes and get more active?
If you answered yes to any of the above and your BMI is between 25 and 38 you may be able to join our Counterweight Core programme.
Starting in January, we will help you build healthy habits that fit your life.
Each week (for 12 weeks) you will:
✅ Learn about healthy eating
✅ Join a 30-minute gentle exercise class (great for all fitness levels)
✅ Set small goals and track your progress
We can also check your weight each week to track how you are doing.
The classes are fun, friendly, and FREE! (Spaces are limited.)
• Ellon classes start Monday January 5th at 5pm
o (information event Dec 15th at 5pm – Formartine house)
• Peterhead classes start January 7th at 4:30pm
• Fraserburgh classes start January 7th at 6pm
• Inverurie classes start January 8th at 4:30pm
• Stonehaven classes start January 8th at 5:15pm.
o (information event Dec 11th at 5:15pm – Stonehaven Leisure Centre)
• Inverbervie classes start January 12th at 5:30pm.
