WAGON CHEF WANTED

How do you fancy running away with the circus? We have a unique opportunity for the the right person to run the Giffords Circus food wagons on tour.

You'll be running the acclaimed Giffords Circus Café or the Mexican Cantina producing unique fayre for circus goers. You'll be required to keep each wagon efficiently stocked for service and complete assigned tasks to produce wonderful food, locally sourced.

The role will also include the responsibility of moving the restaurant and circus when travelling to a new ground. Pulling down the tent, building up, connecting water, power and gas need to be carried out each week and daily checks that everything is working properly. You will work closely as a team, not just as a restaurant, but as a company to provide the best experience for our guests.

A high level of day-to-day hygiene and health and safety is required whilst teaching others to comply with regulations.

Accommodation and some meals provided.

Level 3 Food Hygiene Certificate required.

Must be able available March to October and able to travel with the Circus.
