Very happy to have filmed the opening of the Aird-Sheshader path. The weather held long enough to put the drone in the air too ✈️

🎥Outer Hebrides Youth Local Action Group commissioned a film about young people & crofting, funded through The Scottish Government Community Led Local Development (CLLD) fund.

Made by Ruaraidh Urpeth of Quay Digital Media, it is a striking piece of storytelling, which puts the aspirations of & their love of at its heart.

We can’t recommend highly enough this incredible short film. With a sympathetic score and use of drone footage to highlight the challenges and beauty of the landscape, this is a compelling call to action to support young people who are the future of sustainable rural and island communities.
