💜 A Night We’ll Never Forget – Thank You! 💜
On Friday 25th July, as the sun began to set, people gathered at our Dusk2Dawn start line. Each person came with their own story and their own reason for being there, but all shared one goal: to walk (or run!) through the night to raise awareness and vital funds for The Leanne Fund.
What unfolded was nothing short of incredible.
For some, it was 15km. For others, 30km. And for those who took on the full 45km – walking more than a marathon, through the night, battling fatigue, darkness, and every mental and physical hurdle along the way – we are just so amazed by you 💪💕 Taking on something this tough is no small feat, and we couldn’t be more proud of every single person who crossed that finish line.
To our amazing participants – thank you for your strength, your determination, your smiles and conversations that kept each other going, and for every single step you took to support children and families living with Cystic Fibrosis.
To our wonderful volunteers, who brought the energy (and coffee!) that kept us all awake and smiling until dawn, and to the local businesses and organisations who so generously sponsored, supported, and believed in this event – we are beyond grateful.
Months of planning, weeks of training (for some 😉), countless decorated hi-vis vests, and one incredible night later, we’re left truly blown away by the togetherness, community spirit, love, and support we felt all around us.
Most importantly, every pound raised will help us continue to be there for children and families living with Cystic Fibrosis – whenever they need us, for whatever they need us for. Whether it’s easing the pressures of daily life, creating moments of joy during difficult times, or helping them feel supported through every stage of their journey, your generosity makes it all possible.
Over the next few days, we’ll be sharing photos and videos from the night, as well as properly thanking everyone who made Dusk2Dawn 2025 possible.
To our incredible Dusk2Dawners – thank you for walking with us, for standing with us, and for helping us shine a light through the darkness. 💜
