The June edition of Events has landed on newsstands in Stornoway. Pop into one of the supermarkets in town to pick up a copy and read about some young local filmmakers who have made it to this year's FilmG finals, a newly refurbished charity shop, the amazing fundraising efforts for young sportsperson Pebbles Sawyer, and much more.

EVENTS is in town! From mid-morning, EVENTS became available in central Stornoway and then gradually spread out. Distribution continues on Monday. Of course, more than 1,000 individuals and businesses received their copies direct through the post over the past few days.

Unfortunately there's been a delay in the delivery of the physical editions of EVENTS …which will not be on the shelves as soon as intended. (Except in Barra which has a separate delivery arrangement!) However, there's always the online version which has everything you can ever want from EVENTS - apart from the texture of the paper –
