The studios owner and producer (Chris Wilson) has over 15 years of experience working in the music industry mentoring, performing an

d recording, and is also a fully qualified and active teacher in Music holding both a BA (Hons) and PGCE in Music. The studio works primarily in live on location sessions and studio based recording work for bands, singers, voicework and foley. Example projects range from bands recording demos/singles/showreels/EPs, vocalists performing to karaoke style backing tracks, to full length albums/music projects. Editing, reamping, mixing and mastering services are available with final mixes either "master ready" or masters compliant with red book/DDP and digital platform standards. We are located on the outskirts of Stourbridge town centre on Collis Street (just off Brettel Lane). It can be easily reached by car or public transport and is within easy reach of the surrounding areas (Netherton, Blackheath, Rowley Regis, Brierley Hill, Pensnett, Wordsley, Kingswinford, Wall Heath, Norton, Wolleston, Halesowen, Gornal, Sedgley, Wolverhampton, Oldbury). There are also several large supermarkets and fast food restaurant chains within a minutes walk of the studio. Very happy that we are finally working on the BATBI "sophomore" release. Some of these songs were written over 7 years ago! Great to finally have them realised. Gigs being booked for 2026 and hopefully a new release coming by the summer! All being well of course. Keep it real guys

Ey up! Planning a pedal build if anyones interested in joining on too?

The Tascam 424….I bet some of you know that name (or maybe even had one). I had a Fostex 4 track back in the day instead but there’s no denying that saturated, mid-pushed sound the Tascam gave was THE sound 🙂

There’s been a few pedal versions of it lately so I’m offereing to build one for £100+p&p. It has Input, output, bass and treble controls. Sounds wicked on guitar and bass and you’ll find plenty of demos out there of it how it’ll sound (just search Tascam 424 pedal).
