Job Description: We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Sales Advisor to support the day to day running of our Townhall Street shop. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations, providing support, and delivering outstanding service to our customers.
Responsibilities:
🗣️ Customer Interaction: Assist customers providing product information, answering queries, and guiding them through the sales process.
📦 Order Processing: Process orders through our till and online system, accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
🪟 Visual Merchandising: Keeping the shop clean, tidy and showcasing our range of products. Curating shop window displays.
🗂️ Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance maintaining records, and generating reports.
🧮 Inventory Management: Monitor and update inventory levels, notifying the team of any shortages or discrepancies.
🗃️ Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Utilize CRM software to maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information.
📊 Sales Reporting: Compile and analyze sales data, generating reports to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
🔐 Retail Experience is essential as this is a key holder position.
