Contract Spotlight: Units 3-5, Parkway Trading Estate, Trafford Park

J Mills recently refurbished a 24,000 sq. ft warehouse in Stretford, Trafford Park.

Comprising of internal and external work to the units, the works included the repair and replacement of cladding and brick work, as well as installation of an entrance door and window shutters. Internally, we replaced and upgraded the mechanical and electrical fittings, refurbished the office units, made repairs to the warehouse and replaced the fire alarm system, along with upgrades to decorations throughout.

We recently completed an extensive refurbishment of a 79,000 sq ft warehouse in Bredbury Park, Greater Manchester.

Comprising internal and external work to the building fabric, the works included the installation of extensive PV Panels to the roof with accompanying Mansafe system for future maintenance work, replacement cladding, doors and external decorations, and improvements to the grounds and exterior security.

Internally, we delivered refurbished kitchens and WCs, office areas and new lighting and floor coverings throughout. Along with a new sprinkler system and fire alarm, we upgraded the sectional doors and made alterations to the warehouse throughout.
