This FB & Insta page - The Box Gym, will be turning into our outside activities pages The Box Gym Outdoors - all content outside of the gym will be posted here for public viewing, for all things the gym search our new private group The Box Gym - classes & 1-1 session will now be booked via this method making life easier for all 🙏 including now 3 PTs for more flexible gym times and access 🤝
