Strollers Christmas Party 🎉

A lovely evening with my running friends! A distinct lack of photos on my part, but I have a lovely one with my Division 2 Champs Ladies - I came 3rd to the very amazing Jenna (2nd), and my girl Lucy who smashed the Division top spot 🙌🏻

And of course celebrating success with Rachel 💙 who I’m forever proud of - and the lovely Wendy, who cleans up every season 😂🙌🏻

Until next year - just the small matter of a little 5k race left in 2025 👀

Lovely visit to The Demesnes parkrun, Barnard Castle this morning! With The Bowes Musuem as a stunning backdrop, it’s a fun three-lapper much like a cross country course. Lovely views and a great, friendly team, it’s the perfect place to bag some winter grass training (and there are plenty of doggos to stroke too 🐾!)

TOMORROW!

We’ll be reclaiming our regionnaire status by heading to The Demesnes parkrun to run and film! We always love a new parkrun…especially one on the trails!!

Then on Sunday, we’ll be hot footing it around the Run Eat Sleep Landmarks Challenge in record time…as we forgot about an early Sunday kick off 🙃😅 whoooops!

Looking forward to a weekend of running fun 🤩

A festive favourite - Christmas Day parkrun is back! Grab a cup of your favourite tipple and a big old selection box and watch on for all of the festive feels. And this year - it’s Grinch themed!!

Christmas Day parkrun done ✔️

The Grinch had stole Christmas at Herrington Country parkrun today - so we tried to spread lots of Christmas cheer! (And birthday cheer for that matter as someone was turning 4-0!!!)

We’re out of office 🎉👏

And what better way to celebrate than with a spicy 🌶️ interval session!! Working towards the Hogmanhoway 5k it’s all about sharpening up now 🙌🏻 we loved tonight’s efforts!!

This morning we were rubbish and forgot to take a single photo at Blyth parkrun - but we did have a lovely time! Running separately today - it was tempo efforts for both of us as we continue to work on our speed ☺️

After a coffee and catch up with Freddy - we headed to Spanish City, where I remembered to take a photo of my cake 😂

In the absence of any decent photos, here’s one of us about to carb load last night, from our stories!

Fairview parkrun ✅

It was early 40th birthday celebrations this weekend at Fairview parkrun, Dublin, and what a great parkrun it was!

Three laps around the park across mixed terrain, the community feel was great and I even got a birthday shoutout! 🙌🏻

Thanks to my lovely bestie Rachel for the trip, I had the best time! And if you’re in Dublin, we’d definitely recommend it!

No filming this weekend as we just wanted to have some fun 💙🏃🏼‍♀️🏃🏼‍♀️. However, Chris was filming at Albert parkrun - so stayed tuned for that 😉

NEW VIDEO!!

We visited a brand new parkrun last week, and it’s super special…but it seems no-one knows about it yet! If you get the chance to visit, get ready for stunning views, coffee shops on site and a great team of marshals! Even the weather didn’t put us off!

If you need convincing…visit Kirkharle Courtyard parkrun…you won’t be disappointed!

*Spoiler alert…apparently there’s more than one Running Fox…so don’t trust us on the location 😂🦊*

Sunday’s Tinsel Trailblazer was so much fun 🤩 laughs with our girl , an epic podium for Chris leading out the charge with hot on his heels 🐾 and the simple joy of trail running, all captured amazingly by the BEST race photographer 📸
