STILL DYING - GIVIN’ UP
Still Dying are newly formed and feature ex members of Zero Negative, Sunday68, and a current member of Diaz Brothers, “Givin’ Up” is their debut release, with a full album due later this year.

If you enjoy ‘pop’ and ‘punk’ then you might just like Still Dying.

Dean from Still Dying explains: “The song is a comical view of aliens coming to earth and their motives. It concludes that I’d rather just give up and let them take over — the world’s a mess and I’ve already had enough of it.

Same Refrain is a personal reflection on a father’s dementia. The song captures the sadness, frustration, and emotional pain that come with watching a loved one fade through memory loss, while also serving as a heartfelt tribute to a dad.

House Proud - AGAIN
House Proud return with “Again”, the follow-up to their Choices EP, released in November 2025.

Drawing influence from Joy Division, Fugazi, Gurriers and Shame, the band deliver an intense and hard-hitting brand of post-punk driven by sharp instrumentation and emotive lyricism.

“Again” explores the uneasy space between relationships, fragility, vulnerability, unanswered questions, endless uncertainty, and unresolved emotions lingering in open loops.

Thank you to everyone that came to the first Wearfest. Thank you to Sunderland Music City for helping us to make this possible. A huge thanks to all the amazing bands, Sweeping Statement Onlooker the band Ritual Error Toronto Blessings House Proud band Ducter Millions of Bees and Incisions. To the wonderful staff Diego's Joint and Museum Vaults, to Andy Wilkinson for the sound and to Samuel ‘Two Fingers’ for the great photographs. We also had a great panel discussion which will be available to watch within the next couple of days. Hope everyone had a blast and already looking forward to next year.
