AD Shelf styling using my hand-picked edit of all things new from George Home πŸ™ŒπŸŽ€πŸ€βœ¨πŸŒ·β™₯️

Who else LOVES a β€˜new in’ homeware browse as much as I do?? πŸ™‹β€β™€οΈ I’ve added some of my fave finds to the shelves and given them a refresh by adding some colourful and practical pieces (+ all for under Β£80 btw) πŸ™Œ

I’ve also added some hanging flowers (using clear thread) SPRING is on its way! 🌸🌺🌷🌼

I’ll add links to stories for everything, I am obsessed with these pieces! I hope you love them too β™₯️

1. Steam cleaned the sofa 🫧 + added a few hearts for love day πŸ’˜β™₯οΈπŸ’ŒπŸ©΅
2. Birds eye view πŸ’• also took Frank to the vets this week, they said he’s a healthy weight of 75kgs 🐘
3+4. Bella and Missy settling in so well, we’ve been introducing them to the garden this week. Random question, but should cats have collars? 🐈
5. Rumour has it this is a Whispering Angel dupe for Β£7 πŸ™Œ will report back later… Already obsessed with the bottle + glass cork though πŸ‘Ό
6. I’ve been waiting for this M&S coord to come back in stock. It’s 10/10, soooo comfy 🧸 + matchy matchy with Frank πŸ©ΆπŸ˜‚
7. Pink hand painted stripes still totally worth it for my girl 🩷 also ordered a no drill velvet blind - very happy with it πŸ’•

8. Bella + Missy 🐈🐈 are doing great, they were quite shy to start with, but have such fun personalities. Also I never knew how into EVERYTHING cats are! Before being rescued they used to live in a box in a field 😒

1. Living room ready for a few new updates soon
2&3. Alba turned 2! How?! 😭 Double sided masking tape was my bff for this set up 🎈
4. Checks and stripes🀳 Finally a new hallway rug, I can’t believe we had the original grey one for so long!
5,6&7. Bday balloons reused in the playroom until I buy fairy lights ✨ I’ve used tension rods to create a little cosy space for the kids in here, it’s slowly coming together πŸ˜…

checkerboard squares 🏁🟫⬜️

I seriously questioned myself on why half way through this DIY πŸ˜΅β€πŸ’«πŸ˜΅β€πŸ’«πŸ˜΅β€πŸ’« I still have some snagging to do to this area (as always) and lights to add, but overall I love them 😍

I started with 2 x cut to size pine shelves and used masking tape to mark out the pattern, then wood varnish to get the darker wood look 🀎

I learnt a lot along the way with this one, including a massive fail 🫠 l’ll share everything asap. Although it was a bit of a commitment, it’s still definitely one I would recommend!
