It was a pleasure to spend time at Kincraig Primary School in Blackpool for a phonics training led by our Director of Publishing & Training, Sophie 📚✨

The session began with a broad overview of phonics teaching and pedagogy, before diving into what makes the Letterland approach so unique. Together, we explored what phonics lessons look like from preschool through to Year 2, and discussed practical ways Letterland can be implemented to strengthen phonics delivery, support Ofsted priorities, and meet the needs of both staff and pupils.

Thank you to the wonderful team at Kincraig Primary for such an engaged and thoughtful day of learning!
