Still so obsessed with these photos from our photoshoot earlier this year. We had so much fun (as you may be able to tell…) - you’d never think it was a freezing afternoon in February 🥶

NEW DOTS POD 🎙️🌊

In episode 004 of the pod we talk about surf photography, living with MS and male allies in the surf, with Jonathan Kohanski (aka ).

Jonathan is a surf photographer based in New Hampshire, on the East Coast of the United States. He is our first male guest on the DOTS Pod and one of few men to appear in the pages of the Daughters of the Sea magazine too, with his images of Melinda and Taryn, two women who surf in his local area (swipe 👉 to see some of his beautiful surf images!)

Jonathan is a friend and a male ally in the surfing world, and shoots the most stunning images of women surfing in wetsuits in the Gulf of Maine. It’s a breath of fresh air to see male photographers actually capturing women on waves, rather than just carrying their boards or flashing their butts!

Jonathan has been living with MS for almost 20 years now. As you can imagine, this has dramatically changed his life and how he views the world, and connects with the ocean. He has an important story to tell, and I’m honoured to share it with you all.
