STEAK TACOS

I have a new found love for flat iron steak. This was flashed on the bbq for a minute a side in a chimmichurri marinade.

Finished nice and simple with some rocket,one pickled red onions, .uk spicy chimmichurri and queso fresco, all in some tacos.

Deliciously delicious

TUESDAY SANDO SESSIONS- STRANGER DANGER

This was a suggestion from a passing customer at work so and I decided to try it.

Made with Focaccia from , cream cheese, cashew nuts, mixed leaves and chilli jam this was a good sandwich.

Definitely not top of the list for me personally but if you don’t try you don’t know!

BEFF BIRRIA PASTA BAKE

All the flavours of Birria without the slow cook! Made a Birria mix like I would for a normal Shirt rib slow cook but swapped it out for mince today. Simmered for a couple of hours before scalping it in a bowl with some pasta, candied jalapeños and some shredded up queso oaxaca from

Finished it in the oven with some more oaxaca on top and then garnished with queso fresco, also from and some parsley.

Banging.

MED MEDLEY

Nice little mix and match tonight. marinated lamb chop, souvlaki wings and heftalia for the proteins and a simple Greek salad and homemade citrus slaw.

Deliciously delicious.

TUESDAY SANDO SESSIONS - CHEESE, CUCUMBER & MARMITE

Today’s Sando you’re either gonna love or hate.. Basic boi today as and I have been slacking and not researching anything to have.

This was a decent Sando but pales in comparison to some of our creations.

If you know a decent Sando we should be trying(that I can make quickly at work) drop it into the comments and we’ll get a list going!

STEAK ROLLS

Flat iron is fast becoming one of my favourite steaks, and these super thin cuts are ready in 3 minutes.

Flat iron cooked medium in a bun with mayo, Dijon, rocket, tomato, lime pickled pink onions and cheddar with air fried fries.

Happy days.

TUESDAY SANDO SESSIONS ON TOUR!!!

After slaving the whole bank holiday weekend it was only fair and I got a day off… so we’ve gone out for sandos!!

Accompanied by an iced vanilla matcha and iced flat white

MEAT & VEG

Had the sacrilegious task of working a bank holiday Monday today so only a good feed was gonna fix it.

Grabbed a rump steak, tater salad, coleslaw, marinated corn and padron from and chucked it all@on the

This was all simple, took less than 20 mins and fu***ng slapped!!

TUESDAY SANDO SESSIONS - CUBANO

This one was looking dubious after the state of the pork last night but rubbing it up with some more marinade saved the day putting some moisture back into the pork.

Sub rolls made by filled with mojo pork, sliced ham, Swiss cheese, pickles and a smear of Dijon mustard before being smashed in a toastie maker to get things melty and hot.

Overall fairly pleased with this one given the near catastrophe and even got a thumbs up from
