With an aim to make the best doughnuts we possibly can, we make the doughnuts fresh every morning and fill them with our own range of delicious jams and custards and also include some unusual glazed varieties too.

300g. cabbage
150g. potatoes
150g. Carrots
100g. Luke
70g flour
3 tbsp. vegetable oil for frying

1. Pass all vegetables through a meat grinder.
2. Add rice, flour and salt to taste. Mix everything.
3. Fry on both sides until golden. You can bake in the oven.

Minced meat without skin 450 g
Onions are 1 pc.
Egg (for filling) 1 pc.
Natural yogurt (for filling) 2 tbsp. l.
Small-fat cheese (for filling) 50-60 g
Salt, pepper, spices to taste

Preparation:
Cut the onion and put it slightly. Mix the minced meat with onions, add salt and spices, mix. It is very good to beat off a bowl (20-30 times).
For the filling, beat the egg with a fork, add yogurt, cheese (to your taste - you can reduce its quantity or increase), grated on a fine grater.
Distribute the same number of minced meat into each cell for cupcakes for cupcakes. Make a recess.
Each fossa is filled with an egg-sample mixture.
Put the bake for 30 minutes at 200 degrees.

Ingredients:
1 kg of potatoes
1 smoked ham (or any smoked meat)
200 g of tomatoes
50 g of cheese

mayonnaise

Preparation:
Step 1 potatoes boil (without cleansing the peel) in salted water until cooked.
Then cool the potatoes, clean.
Step 2 cut along two halves.
Step 3 with a teaspoon make a recess, remove the pulp.
Step 4 Cut the pulp of potatoes with cubes.
Step 5 C to cut the meat, cut it with cubes.
Step 6 Greens finely crush.
Step 7 tomatoes cut into cubes.

Natural yogurt - 125ml
Olive oil (can be linen) - 1 tbsp. l.
Fresh greens (any to your taste) - 1 beam
Salt (to taste) - 5g

1. We clean the cucumber, three on a grater, drain the juice formed.

1. Boil water, put grated carrots, potatoes.
