We’re proud to have designed the new website for the Wiltshire & Swindon Business Crime Reduction Partnership.

The partnership brings together businesses, local authorities, Business Improvement Districts and Wiltshire Police, working collaboratively to reduce business crime, improve safety and support thriving local communities.

Our role was to create a clear, accessible and professional website that communicates the purpose of the partnership, helps businesses understand the support available and connects visitors with their local BCRP.

Built around real user journeys, the website makes it easier to explore the partnership, access useful information, read the latest updates and find clear routes to join, make contact or report a crime.

It’s been a privilege to support an initiative with such an important role across Wiltshire and Swindon.

We’re proud to have partnered with Batch to deliver a smarter, more connected website that reflects the organisation’s vital role at the heart of the global book trade.

For over 75 years, Batch has helped booksellers, publishers and suppliers streamline payments, returns and data exchange. The new website has been designed to communicate that story more clearly while making it easier for users to discover the full range of services available.

Working closely with the Batch team, we created a modern, intuitive website with improved UI/UX, a secure member portal and seamless API integrations, providing a faster, more connected digital experience for users across the UK and internationally.

This project demonstrates how great website design goes far beyond aesthetics. By combining strategy, user experience and technical integration, we've created a platform that not only looks the part but also supports Batch's continued growth and reinforces its position as a trusted technology partner for the book industry.
