000 copies a month, giving us a readership of at least 50,000 (a conservative estimate given the industry standard of 2.5 readers per free copy). With major media groups across the UK reporting falling newspaper sales, The Ocelot continues to grow. There’s no cover price – The Ocelot is distributed for free each month to more than 1000 pubs, theatres, restaurants, colleges, universities, coffee shops, tourist centres and national chains across Berkshire, Oxfordshire and Wiltshire. The Ocelot hits the streets on the 1st of every month, rain or shine, and has become the most important what’s-on guide for the region, providing information for organisations such as Newsquest, BBC local radio, and Jack FM. The Ocelot’s artistic and satirical content has inspired many creative submissions. We regularly feature illustrators, musicians, poets, comedians, cartoonists, photographers and many more. In fact the majority of our columnists and resident experts are ‘homegrown’ and help us keep a finger on the pulse of the local scene. Everything from local music and theatre to real ale and food is featured in the Ocelot.
