It’s tax return season in Australia.
So let me ask you:

New shoes?

A new phone?

Paying off that one big bill to breathe a little easier?

Those things are nice — but they’re not going to change your life.
They won’t stop the next bill from rolling in.
They won’t buy you time, freedom, or peace of mind.

They’re just another Band-Aid on a system designed to keep you stuck.

But what if this year

You used your return to invest in something that could actually change things?

The average tax return in Australia is $2,800.
And you can start this business for less than that.

Let that land.

That means you could use this year’s return to:
Launch a leveraged business
Get access to an automated system
Plug into mentorship and a proven model
Start building real income, from home

By this time next year, you could be in a completely different financial position.

Or still waiting for your next tax refund just to get by.

Temporary relief or long term overflow?

You get to choose.

DM me “TAX” and I’ll show you exactly how it works.

We need to talk about what’s really going on behind the highlight reels.

Childcare. Housework. Mental load.
All on top of paid jobs, rising living costs, and the pressure to “do it all.”

We’ve normalised exhaustion as a badge of honour.
But being burnt out isn’t proof you’re a good mum, it’s proof the system is broken.

It doesn’t have to be this way.
And if you’ve been feeling like something needs to change

You’re not alone. And you’re not crazy.

It’s time to start talking about solutions,
not just survival.

The kids went back today.

And I remember what this used to mean for me

Rushing through the morning chaos.
Trying to get everyone fed, dressed, out the door.
And then launching myself into another week of work, while juggling drop-offs, pick-ups, groceries, dinner plans, and that constant feeling like I was always five steps behind.

But now life feels different.

Tomorrow looks like this:

💛 A slow morning with the kids
đŸ« Drop-off without the stress
đŸ‹ïžâ€â™€ïž Gym session for me
☕ A coffee and chats at playgroup while the younger ones play
🏡 A few quiet hours at home before pickup space to breathe, create, work on my terms
🍜Takeaway night to celebrate Term 3 (as requested by the kids)

It’s not glamorous. But it’s peaceful.
And that has changed everything for us.

My energy is better.
The kids feel it.
My relationship is stronger.
And I finally feel like I’m living, not just surviving.

This business didn’t just give me time freedom.
It gave me the ability to build a rhythm that actually feels good.

Not every day is picture perfect.
But most days? They’re mine.

And that’s what I want for more mums.
Because the grind is not a personality trait.
And burnout isn’t a badge of honour.

You get one life.
And you don’t need to wait until your kids are grown to start living it.

HEALTH
What do you think of when you hear the word health?

The special thing about health is it means something different to everyone. Yet without it being consciously looked after it can affect everyone.
I have a great respect for my physical, emotional, mental and spiritual health.

At 17 years old I started looking after my physical health, loosing 30kgs and learning to love training and moving my body as well as what good nutrition looks like.
At 24 I battled PTSD and cared for my mental health with 12 months of counselling to learn tools I still use today to ensure a healthy mind.
At 27 my emotional health did the scariest thing of all, allowing the love of my life to come in and riding all the waves that comes with big love.
At 32 I started tapping into my spiritual health. Something so new but so natural that I have complete belief will lead me in the right direction.

Your stories will be different to mine.
The outcome however of respecting and nurturing our health as a whole is the sam

This is my dream.

Flat country

I can give or take a beach, a city, a ski field, the mountains.

But watching the sun rise and set into the dirt every day is where I know my soul belongs â€ïžâ€đŸ”„

Are you triggered?

Why is that?

Prioritisation is not just about organizing tasks; it’s about aligning our actions with our values.

When something is important to us—whether it’s our health, relationships, career, or personal growth—we naturally carve out time for it, no matter how busy we are.

This commitment is what separates those who achieve their goals from those who merely dream about them.

It’s not about having more hours in the day; it’s about making the hours you do have count.

On the flip side, when we don’t prioritise something, we often find ourselves reaching for excuses.

“I’m too tired,”

“I don’t have time,”

“I’ll get to it tomorrow”

“I don’t have the money”
are common refrains.

These excuses can be comforting in the moment, but they ultimately hold us back from reaching our potential.

They mask a deeper truth: that the task or goal wasn’t important enough for us to make time for it.

If we’re not making time for something, it’s worth asking why.

Are we afraid of failure?

Are we avoiding discomfort?

Or have our priorities shifted in ways we haven’t fully acknowledged?

By recognising our excuses for what they are, we can begin to realign our actions with our true priorities.

In the end, time is the one resource we can’t get back. How we choose to spend it says everything about what we value. So, the next time you find yourself saying, “I don’t have time,” take a moment to reflect. Is it really about time, or is it about priority?

If it truly matters, you’ll find a way. If it doesn’t, you’ll find an excuse. The choice is always yours.

I don’t have time for your s**t.

I’m not one of those leaders who is gentle, nurturing, calming

In cops, I’d be the bad one

I call bulls**t on my own excuses just like I’ll call bulls**t in yours.

And I love that about me

For a long time I’ve felt I needed to be a certain person, that I needed to soften myself,
Be more care bear and less
.tough love treatment.

I’ve realised something just recently,
For me to build my business and to support many hundreds of men and women to do the same with their business, I need to be authentic.

I need to feel confident calling people forward, calling them out, removing bulls**t excuses, tearing down limiting beliefs and making room for the good s**t.

Growth

Momentum

Abundance

Don’t you want that?

You should, I want it for you.

If you are open to learning more about this high profit online business, I’ve got some pretty cool s**t to show you.

You’ll just need a few things:
A desire for more
Coach-ability
A good sense of humour
Work ethic

Basically you just need to be a doer who loves a good laugh.

Cause in this business the more fun you have, the more money you make.
